After completing a brief information/expectations sheet, your Service Manager will go over your vehicle with you, noting all of your requests, comments, requirements and concerns. Your initial visual damage inspection will be completed while you wait, and you will receive a comprehensive itemized damage report. Your Service Manager can help you determine the best solution to your repair problems. Many times our clients need "collision counseling". Lets face it, you don't get into an accident every day, and don't always know what to do first. We do know what to do first. Your estimate is being prepared by the latest, state-of-the-art software, which guarantees you the most accurate, thorough estimate available anywhere today. Our database holds information on over 14 million parts. The investment you've made in your vehicle will not be lost with us.
Whenever possible we pre-order the required parts for your repairs. In the event of a safety-related item, such as a broken taillamp, headlamp, turn signals, etc we will order under a "critical rush" and replace the damaged safety item before the rest of your parts arrive. But remember, you always have the option of dropping off your vehicle immediately if you don't feel comfortable driving it in the damaged condition.

RENTAL CAR ASSISTANCE
While Valley Collision Center does not provide replacement vehicles while your car is being repaired, we can assist you in making your rental arrangements less hectic. We can make sure that the rental company of your choice is giving you preferential, courteous treatment, and billing the insurance company directly for your rental bill. We refer a great deal of customers to our local rental agencies. If you ever experience any level of discomfort with your rental vehicle, we want to know about it, and will help you with a quick resolution. It is important to us that you are comfortable during your repairs.

DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING WHEN I DROP MY CAR OFF?
No, you will only have to pay for your deductible (if it applies) when you pick up your vehicle.
DOES MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAY YOU OR REIMBURSE ME?
It's your choice. By signing a "limited power of attorney" form that we can provide you with, you can authorize us to make payment directly from your insurance company. Most people prefer doing it that way. If you choose that option, you are only responsible for paying us the deductible portion of the repair bill. Again, it's your choice.
WHAT IS A “DRP”?
A DRP is a “direct repair program” set up by insurers to help streamline claims processing. These programs give the customer freedom to go directly to the shop, get an estimate and schedule repairs. Most programs have electronic communications set up with the shop so they can view the estimate and photos almost immediately.
DO YOU WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
We work with all insurance companies. In fact, we have DRP (Direct Repair Program) relationships with many of them. If yours is not one of our repair partners we can still repair your vehicle with little or no effort on your part. Just let us know who your company is so we can assist you. Remember, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, regardless of the repair shop-insurer relationship.
