I hit a pothole driving about 55 mph, front left side collapsed sends me all over the road bends the axle, rips the upper ball joint out of upper control arm, tears up brake line, breaks grill clips, and blinker light. USAA is telling me the ball joint breaking away from control arm is wear and tear and not from the pot hole.

It is impossible to get ahold of the adjuster who is working on my claim. And when you, he tells me he will get with the physical damage team. The physical damage team will not call me back. It is now 3/27/15 and my car is still at the approve shop they told me about (Collision Works of Shawnee).
To anyone needing insurance or auto body work, do not use these two. They are both rude and incompetent.
