Bill Elmore
President, Owner

Bill along with wife Linda opened the first Professional Collision in 1977. With humble beginnings, this family owned and operated collision repair shop grew from a 3,700 square-foot building to a place among the top 1% of collision repair shops in the country in the first ten years. Steadily and methodically, they built the company into what it is today — seven shops across the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast region employing over one hundred people and servicing thousands of clients a year.

William “Billy” Elmore, Jr.
VP, Owner

Billy Elmore, VP & Owner, grew up learning the inner workings of an auto body repair shop first hand. He worked every summer in the business from the time he was 12 doing anything the guys would let him get his hands on. His key takeaway was, “you’re only as good as the people you work with.” Billy joined full-time in 1995 and currently oversees shop managers, expansion, and store growth. He is a graduate of UMS-Wright Preparatory School. He serves as a board member for the City of Mobile’s Municipal Park Baseball and coaches youth football. Billy is married to his wife Sally and has two boys, Blake & Cooper.

Donald “Donnie” Elmore

Donnie is Vice President and CFO for Professional Collision. After growing up in the collision repair industry, he joined the company full time in 1997. Through his career, he has fulfilled the roles of CSR, Estimator, and Location Manager. Currently, he oversees company operations, finance, and business strategy. Donnie is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce with a degree in Business Management.
