AUTO BODY CLASSES INCLUDE
Non-Structural Analysis & Damage Repair: Provides training in safely preparing a vehicle for body and seatbelt repairs.
Structural Analysis & Damage Repair I – Welding: In this segment, you learn how to properly cut and weld high strength steel, and repair modular glass.
Structural Analysis & Damage Repair II: You will learn to analyze and align unibody parts with a tram and laser equipment.
Plastics and Adhesives – Painting & Refinishing I: This segment teaches how to repair plastic by welding and retexturing.
Painting & Refinishing II: Applying primer and cleaning spray guns is covered in this segment.
Painting & Refinishing III: This segment covers paint mixing and application with a buff polish afterward.

Students in this program learn how to replace panels and glass, and weld, USe straighten and repair panels and vehicle structures. Chief E-Z liner straightening equipment and Motor E-Frame electronic measurement data are used, and students also learn from guest speakers who are experts in the field.
